Good on ya! I reckon one of those tailor on a live rig would have been interesting if there were any decent jew around. Also could have filleted one and fished with strips on gang hooks. Any how keep up the good work with the vids!

@naturalsoapmaking Thanks for the kind comment. No never a sinker or swivel. When chasing Pelagic's, they will often bite the swivel as it creates a bubble trail and you end up loosing everything. I tie the mono (leader) direct to the braid......

not the best, we caught one Flatty on the sandbank near sandstone point and that’s all we got all day, then in the late arvo we went for a squid and got nothing sadly, still better than no fish though

@TuanMinhPhu Thanks for watching the video. Go to google maps and look for red beach. This is the most southern tip of Bribie, and the beach fishing is great for a large variety of fish, including tailor. Best of luck mate.
