There is an insulation sheet you can use, both underneath the roofing and in between the walling. Aside from that the gypsum boards are really great for temperature control. I personally found this house interior very cool.

It's the fittings that led to the price. Not the mabati. Relax bwana. The shower cubicle alone was 54k. Na hata wewe ukitaka those fittings you will have to cough up the cash! The price of fittings don't change because you have installed them in a mabati house
