Damn, I love this remix! I just wish the lyrics were a lot louder during the chorus that way I can actually sing along to it! It just kind of sounds like they're whispering the words and it sort of kills the vibe of it.

Thanks @ChaosAura452! Yeah, I wish I could have boosted the vocals, but I didn't have the Acapella track to the original song. I used a vocal isolating software to get the vocals from the original song; if I turned up the vocals any more, you would hear a nasty warble sound from the suppressed frequencies.

@@ingodwerockmusic Ahh! I totally understand! I tried isolating vocals for for some of my favorite songs from NieR Automata one time, and it didn't turn out all that well. I think I got the same sort of problem where there was some sort of artifacting distortion that came along with it. I wish I knew how to do it properly, that way I could give you some advice on it, so I won't pretend like I do. Dang... Welp, it still sounds awesome otherwise!

I've always thought of myself as a Shadow but I realize I had more in common with Sonic, but if you pay close attention to the lyrics you will see that shadow is literally just the shadow of sonic, and that the whole chaos control allegory is actual supposed to be a character parallel, shadow literally has the power to control time

not gonna lie for some reason i almost expect a "supporting me" tune at times haha, and it would have been a little bit more complete if rouge got a segment as well, shadows gets "chaos control" and omega gets "eradicate" (both beautiful by the way those kicked so much ass). but overall a fantastic remix. Julien K was a great choice for Shadow's style of music.
