25:44 You can kind of assume Dagger will always end left because the +5 in center would contest her too easily without additional resources and Hercules wouldn’t let her move right. So it’s probably best to bring your Vulture and Strange center for a bunch of power and know that 2099 and Fist adding 11 to the right is probably too much for them. Or you bring Vulture right with Strange and play Fist center and 2099 right so he moves center. You’d have 36 center and will likely destroy their Kraven or Dagger (if she had ended up there). Otherwise, if they just played small cards, you’d win on power alone. Which is what would have happened.

I feel like Kraven is suboptimal in all of these decks. Hercules, Task, or Tribunal seem to just do more on the whole. Heimdal also seems just slightly clunky

I don't have Hercules, but I do think he'd be good in this deck. I debated Task or maybe a Zola but decided on this list. And Heimdal is just fun, though admittedly a little limiting to making you contest mid and left most of the time :)
