You can use cold or reheated rice because it's content lower GI than the freshly cook. And from what I read, brown rice just have a slight advantage in nutrition content than white rice, if wanna eat rice (if on diet) just control the portion. Owh the curry style she make 👍👍👍 not different from what I eat, (one of Malaysian style curry) with coconut milk. Because powder curry in my place overall mix with chilli powder.

I like how she is health conscious and consistent to not have eaten something for 7 years. But, the rice paper is also made from white rice flour.

Ah the yogurt that she used as additional "diet pizza" topping can cut through the cheesy-ness of the mozzarella. It looks like a one layer lasagna to me. Looks yummy tho
