To enter guests room at 4 in the morning was unacceptable. Hope this would not happen again as this gives bad reputation to the brand.

Totally agree, it’s definitely unacceptable. However, it was discussed during their team meeting, and after that, almost every staff member was aware and very apologetic even though they weren’t involved in the incident itself. And honestly, the rest of our stay was nothing short of a dream, so we very easily overlooked that incident. Mistakes are going to be inevitable, but it’s about how you manage the mistakes that counts. This team managed it very well.

How to get to the beach?

@@fahimaamina431 There’s 3 beaches that can be accessed from the property. Which beach in particular? Romantic, Marriott, or Long Beach?

Marriott beach is easiest access from the resort, but there are still steps that you have to go down to access the beach. Romantic beach has more steps but can also be accessed from the side of the resort. Long beach you have to walk 5-10 minutes, but it is a dirt path and then some steps down to the Long Beach strip that has all the restaurants, etc.
