The anime for Ajinn was pretty good for me. It looked better during the action scenes. There was also a live action movie which is definitely good in my opinion.

Ajin's anime is really good, a lot of people don't like it because it's 3D but it's really good 3D (not Orange Studios level but it's good) and the action scenes are great. I guess the anime feels a little bit weird because of the "frame rate" but otherwise is great. Although, I think it skips and changes some things from the manga and it also didn't finish adapting it so it's better for you to continue with the manga, but check out some of the action scenes.
