Im not gonna lie here . I was feeling low and depressed for the past few weeks because my life seems like its standing at the same place for the past 6 years. I was getting overwhelmed these few weeks to the extent that i started feeling numb. Then i decided about getting rid of this feeling . I searched for different mantras to ease that feeling.
