This is just what I needed. I often find myself in a vicious cycle of falling back into negative patterns (often self-sabotaging) to make myself feel safe and whole but that doesn't work. However, whenever I've been spiritually connected, I've always managed to overcome obstacles while feeling empowered and hopeful. Thank you for reinforcing how important it is to keep the spiritual fire burning and that it is okay to depend on a higher power to help us sail through

Naam is a state which is beyond words "ਨਾਉ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ਹੈ ". Naam is shapeless, that which is beyond labels or concepts.

The word Naam doesn’t just mean name. The deeper meaning comes when you can split the word Naam into 2 Punjabi words “Na” (which means not) and “Meh” (which means me). Therefore Na + Meh equals Not me. Naam translates to not me, as in no ego. It’s a spiritual state, the state of egolessness so you become part of the oneness.
