The Buntod Marine Sanctuary is indeed being bombarded with illegal dynamite fishing during the 90's and 2000's. I've heard that news since I was in highschool and it was devastating. It's a good thing that the previous Arroyo Administration started to take actions against illegal dynamite fishing in the Philippines. After that, the rest is history on how the marine sanctuary became beautiful and protected as far as I can tell. The mangroves, corals and the scenery makes the place more attractive to visitors and locals. What a beauty, kuya Charlie!!! ❤❤❤
