that could be a fun game mode! like it would be a team race, with "alive" racers, actually racing for first against other ppl, and "ghost" racers, helping the "alive" of their team getting first by traping, sniping and etc, and obviously points and places would only be given to "alive" racers cuz it wouldn't be fair, but that could be a fun and strategic mode imo

Sounds like a great idea but hitting the live players with traps and shells would probably be way too easy and avoiding them nearly impossible when a good player is playing as a ghost

True, but at the same time hanging back to wreck the live players too much would cause you to lose spots to other ghost racers, so that would be really interesting strategically

You are literally invincible, you have no reason to look backwards at any point. Even if you want to throw something backwards, just do it, you're not going to get punished for it. But if you really want to look backwards, it can wait for when you're not going to be affected by the one thing that hurts you, falling off the track.

i think it would be awesome to have the Speedometer visible and i have an idea to accomplish that: Assuming you record these videos using OBS with your Webcam source and Game Source overlayed in OBS, then you could just duplicate the Game source, Crop it down to the size of the speedometer, and place that small element in any of the corners of the scene.
