Thank you, Gaspar. Today, it is *cold* here. We are getting maybe a weather front with snow or something. I feel sinusitis pain so I know it's coming whether it not others think so and said so earlier today. Lol. I already knew. I did this meditation, wearing a nice, warm, fuzzy fleece jacket, snuggled and stretched out under my duvet. Wow. It worked and I feel wonderful!! Thank you again!! I really needed this, since in my current job, I very often work right through shifts, on my feet, for up to around 10 hours or longer... Suffice to say, after a few days, I am wrung right out. This helped with stimulating healing energy flow in my body quite wonderfully. Thank you, again!!

Beautiful next level of guided meditation for me! My Source first stretched as far as horizons, then above butterflies fluttering by. When cleansing they swirled around me with infinite stars. While breathing in as new Source of my human body…, I realized I AM made with this new energy of the stars and butterflies! This was very intense. I struggled to focus, but eventually quieted my mind. I felt and saw my vibrational energy. I imagined my energy field expanding for miles. I saw space and then I felt an extremely loving energy and I began to cry. I felt so small, but the loving energy of source made me feel safe at the same time. My body felt lighter and I felt some of my brain fog disappear. Thank you for this meditation! This was the best one I have done!

I cried in my sleep because I was in contact with the creator. he asked me telepathically how far we had come with raising our consciousness. just cam silent and crying though the creator knows the answer. embarrassed and crying I woke up and told it to a loved one in the family. he was skeptical. I'm sure he sent me a message that we shouldn't worry about slowly but surely raising our consciousness on a higher frequency and that he loves us unconditionally as much as we deny it. thank you mother earth and creator for loving us and giving us a chance to become aware of our existence.
