Real battle rap is traditionally a cappella, started in the streets with only rappers present to spit their game, no big productions and beats being mixed. Ren took it all the way back to the old school ways. And then killed him with kindness. This is how you elevate the game for everybody.

Right after the premeir, Dotta came on and said that it was dope. When asked what his favorite bar was he said that the "put down the cake" line had him rolling laughing because he had just eaten some red velvet cake that morning for breakfast. He said that it was a 1 and done with Ren and that there wouldn't be a response from him....that he and Ren were cool. Knox hill though is another story, Dotta said he is going to be dropping a reply to Knox soon. So yeah @SwaggyReacts please do the Knox Hill replies...both, Stan Remix and Patiently Waiting Remix.

He gave REN the win said he respects REN.. he said that REN took it to the roots of real Battle Rap and that all he was aiming for, he took the L.. but he said he is going to reply to Knox since he got to shots on him and counts it as round one.. I’m an oldie who was never into rap much until I started following REN. I’m following Dotta now and will see what he decides to do.. if he continues to grow his channel and improve his skills, I’ll stick with him too.. but if he continues to attack.. then no; bullies for the sake of attention are not needed!! I enjoy all types of music; grew up in the 60s and 70s with the best music (IMO)… and have remained open to all genres since then. Much of the monotone ‘canned’ stuff playing these days is just boring, so dipping my toes in rap has actually been fun. Thanks for your reaction, you are appreciated! (BTW- Dotta actually requested that REN not hide behind his guitar.. so he was only doing as asked)!!

t's impossible to appreciate Ren's lyric in this without having heard Dotta's diss. Yes, you can appreciate Ren, but without the background you can't appreciate just HOW good this is.
