Yes ur right, never had any support since childhood. I was taught to repress myself since I was 4 yrs old, and force to adult early. All I did was give out love & kindness and only got in return aggressive and mean spirits. Last year was my worse year lost everything, I mean everything was out of my control, it was tough to move forward but my husband was my strength. I have always been hyper independent which is a sign of trauma.
