Eat beef liver, grass-fed if you can get it , rare if you can handle it. I eat it raw. I find it easier to eat raw than cooked personally, and cooking destroys some of the nutrition. But if you have to cook it, then cook it. Eat liver and onions or grind it up In some hamburger. What ever you have to do, to get it down. Beef liver is one of the most nutrient dense foods and will help with your b12. Eating liver gives my body so much energy and my mind so much peace and clarity. It is a must. If you STILL can’t adjust to eating liver (which I think everyone can and should) The last resort is buying grass fed beef liver supplements.

yup! piles 2&4...just started a youtube channel a month ago...trusting the universe to help! You did it again, friend. Deck 3...first I am an artist...I finally work for myself and do freelance work and tarot readings. It's been great. But yesterday I finally found some help finding an apartment that will work with me. I've been technically homeless since August 2020...lived in my car, hotels and couch surfed for over a year and I didn't think I was gonna make it. Finally my intuition led me to a google search which then led me to an agency that cosigns for people. On top of that I was asked to apply for that agency to help other people who are down on their luck and homeless find housing.
