I chose pile 1 & 2,and it's incredibly accurate. I have cptsd from growing up in a toxic family system. I unexpectedly lost my paternal grandfather last month who I was estranged from my whole life up until 6 years ago. The estrangement happened because my mother lied about my parentage and I found out from someone I thought was biological family (in a kind, empathetic way). My world was turned upside down 6 years ago. I've done a lot of work since then, and I was beginning to feel like I was done processing that situation. Until my grandpa died last month. He was so normal, loving, always happy to talk with me, wise and kind. We had plans to meet in person before the pandemic hit, and then again recently we were making new plans for in the future, but we will never be together in person. I love my grandpa. . I'm grieving immensely while also trying to deal with the resurfacing of all the pain of my childhood abuse, parentification and neglect from my mom and my step family, as well as the lie about my parentage,and how it kept loving and stable people from me when I could have really benefited from their presence as a child. This cptsd shit has had me living in emotional hell since I left my toxic family in 2007. I'm feeling stuck in my trauma, for sure, and like I'm never going to get out of this box, use my potential or live my dream (I don't even know how to access it anymore). I hope I'm making sense, I'm a bit emotional. Your reading has given me a lot to think about. Thank you ❤

I haven't finished it but in the beginning it goes through cultural myths about the body and how to connect further with your body. Pile 2. Very accurate :D I was wondering though, when you were talking about parts work… that sounds like being a DID or OSDD system. I have DID and that’s a pretty identical experience to what you were saying: different names, different people (alters) having different roles for things, and disappearing (going dormant) for amounts of time. I also grew up with a narcissistic abusive mother, and she’s the main reason we even have DID in the first place. Being forced to have no centralized sense of self will do that to you. Obviously it could be something else, but i’d advise looking into it. Denial is a large part of it as well, since it’s a trauma disorder designed to keep the brain safe. Just a suggestion. Love you readings, you’re one of the most accurate readers for me!!
