I was at the Hammerstein that night. It was during "The Hurt That Finds You First" that I came to the conclusion that Jens was possibly inhuman and that he must be one of the best metal vocalists on the planet. Incredible show as always.

Talk to your audiologist to take a look at your hearing and for them to teach how on the earplug brands and how to apply them - it doesn’t sound like you either used the right earplugs or that you had applied them correctly - I attend 1-3 shows a week and I’m using the methods and earplugs recommended to me by both my ear doctor and audiologist to prevent any hearing damage so it worked out for me.

Um... as an audio engineer, how the fuck else are you gonna make them audible? This isnt your 70's era music where the guitar has barely any bass frequencies. Btw, this isnt anything new at ALL. It started with and justice for all and the early 90's pantara albums. Meshuggah was doing this since 1994. Im glad they sound like this instead of that shitty 70's completely inaudable sound ;)

Because it was recorded with HDR metadata which makes it so colours and scenes are as bright as they are in real life - look into HD10 and Dolby Vision if you want to know more. All my new videos will be in this format and if you play it on an OLED or HDR capable TV, it’ll look real crisp.

If you look up on YT “4K HDR” videos, and you set the video quality to be “2160P60 HDR” you’ll get a similar viewing experience as my recent videos if not better. What should happen though is that YT reduces the brightness for the UI and increases or decreases brightness per pixel on the actually video itself.
