I was at work one day , at lunch time I grabbed a 16 oz bottle of water from the mini-fridge, I had put the water in that morning. It was nice and cold, the water was sloshing in the bottle, I unscrewed the cap, it immediately froze solid, I watched it freeze in a second or two. I had to let it thaw out before I could drink.

Bc it’s right on that borderline of freezing then send a shock through the container and it freezes instantly. You can do this with water in a bottle in your freezer. I don’t remember but I think you have to let it get to 32 for a min then pull it out carefully without disturbing it or it’ll freeze before you are ready
