The framed print with the salt box houses & willow trees was originally painted by my mom Pat Fischer. She was a licensed Folk Artist. The title of the painting is Bar Harbor.

The ceramic tots indian set that you showed is worth a lot of money. Unpainted it is worth around $90 and painted even more. It is vintage and that set is very rare to find. The more common one is the pilgrims and indians setting at the table saying grace before eating
