I wonder how much customers traxxas and arrma , losi, are losing to these chinese companies that are building rcs that perform as well or better than theirs and even come as complete rtrs WITH lipo batteries included and in most cases they come with TWO lipos

they don't perform better other than speed. I find that they are not tuned as well and since they are clones they are not exactly perfectly engineered as they do tend to reuse parts over multiple models/sizes. With my arrma it does drive much more straight out of the box. You can see the LC racing that these are cloned after are slower but they drive a lot better. I like my wltoys because they are cheap to repair compared to name brands which cost a lot more.

I just got mine and it is great. I find the rear spoiler frame to be super fragile when it flips. Annoying but at least the body shell is really cheap. Everything is so cheap compared to my other cars. I bought the arrma fireteam when it went on sale for $400 black friday but I'm afraid to fix it haha. It's just too expensive

I think it's pretty annoying that WLToys sent out v2's with no 3s lockout for reviewers and now all the ones that are being sold don't work with 3s.

I havent really experienced any noticable cogging issues with my V2. Ofc there is a difference when compared to my Traxxas or Arrma but they cost x times more. Considering the price, WLtoys are hard to beat imo
