It's amazing to me when such an awesome quality figure has such small, tiny little issues. Like the team had the big picture in mind, and it was a MASTERPIECE, but they missed some of the small details to bring that masterpiece to full fruition. Still, AMAZING figure!

I’m not sure if to write this on my already pre existing comment or make a new one, but I’m a bit conflicted now. After seeing the prototype images of the toy boy bumblebee, I’m not sure which to get. I mean obviously the other one hasn’t released yet and won’t for a min. But I will say the Toyboy seems to have a cleaner/smoother and more accurate look to the ROTB movie. With that being however, I like the stylization and look of this one a bit better (albeit the other one isn’t painted at all). Not to mention idk if it’s the figure itself or the poses they used to take product images on Showzstore, but the ToyBoy one looks a bit feminine to me, and a bit too much imo. While this one seems to keep the more male like features in detail. The best way I can describe it is comparing the Blokees model kit of ROTB bumblebee to the Yolopark model kit version. The Yolopark makes him look a bit too feminine for my taste, while the Blokees one looks like a great representation and I get the satisfaction of seeing both the 1st Bayverse movie (introduced me to transformers) and the ROTB design. Idk if I’m the only one who’s been noticing this/ feeling this way but yeah. I’m torn between this one or the Toyboy one.

I would also like to add, I own both the Yolopark and Blokees variant of ROTB bumblebee. And while I don’t like the feminine look of bee as much, I will admit the Yolopark one has a better range of articulation. Although the Blokees one has better joints for me (but I think that’s just me being unlucky with the Yolopark one). Also the Blokees one has like 3 tabs that won’t tab in correctly so when I try to handle the Bee, his thigh piece just explodes

@Elite-Magnus for what I experienced, yes. Great looking characters, smooth transformations, excellent combat transitioning from bot to alt mode. But I left the company before the game really got fleshed out, so mostly it was just doing some missions and testing out the different characters. Really unf that it got canned cuz it had a lot going for it.

Yeah, it gets complicated cuz of the licensing deal with Hasbro. I'll say this, it was a point of pride when I got to meet their marketing team and had my full display of TFs behind me during the Zoom calls :)
