Fun fact: when Z battlegrounds was first released, goku’s kamehameha was an actual object instead of the effect it is now. Because of this, the devs actually DID have beam clashing that functioned similarly to the beam clashing in Ki battlegrounds, but without a cutscene and you had to mash m1 instead of f (also there was no vanishing off of it). This persisted up until goku black was being worked on/released because they changed how kamehameha looked and functioned. You could never clash with divine kamehameha.

In an another game called "Sonic Showdown" there is a feature called "boost clashing" and it work when you both front dash into each other it will play a clashing animation where you have to click as fast and the person who clicked more knocks the other one back (the front dashing works if u hold it u run at fast speeds)

The thing with Ki Battlegrounds is that they execute things properly and better than most battlegrounds games, such as characters lacking awakening moves having the rest of their base, certain rush moves being free camera and the fact that you can actually fight back against people using their awakening Also, quick Goku Combo ender/barely even a extender I found: You can actually catch people in the air after using Dragon Throw by front dashing early, but not instantly. (LucasOficialGamerYT, Early Access.)

Facts, but the problem is the defense is not as quick as like The strongest battleground tho... Is pretty intereesting tho. Also you can't do a one shot combo sadly in Ki battleground Goku skills is just so weak, but his second move is ope able to finish people when they are under 20 percent.

Let's be honest sorcerer battlegrounds domain clash looks better than beam clash and the fuga animation is fire too but the vegeta ult in ki battlegrounds is goated

@@editor_epic The beam clash IS supposed to be simple like most DragonBall games, Domain Expansions are a whole different thing and Sukuna's flame arrow is also much different but it is inspired on Heaven Stand's Flame Arrow Both Vegeta awakenings on Z is kind of a lackluster, since they focus more on making the effects than how they actually work. Not the same character but an example of this is Frieza's boss Death Ball which is exactly on top of the finger when it is not supposed to be like this, it is more like the Spirit Bomb, it should say still until the user shoots it

The problem with Z Battlegrounds is the order of the characters they released, the movement and the 'Finishers'. But thats not the only thing wrong with z battlegrounds; it feels like your hitting your enemy with marshmallows. Ki battlegrounds fixes all of this, it feels nice to play, the movement is peak and it has some good finishers and graphics. Lil extra thing, with Goku you can side dash after using meteor combination and catch them with Dragon Throw. Fair warning, it is quite hard to pull off.
