It can be difficult to be available to all at the same time but you seem to be managing it pretty well. My kids have kids now but they still remember all the good food, decorating, making Halloween costumes, going to football and basketball games but they mostly remember the conversations around the kitchen table. They grow up so fast. God bless.

I’m so glad you brought that up! It’s so important to be present and I love our nights at the dinner table… though I’ll be honest I wish it happened every night! We are definitely in some fun years of memory making during the holidays! Love it!

@@rustichoney 5 quarts of chili ate cooling in the pressure canner. I just ate dinner.... last small bit of butter pecan ice cream with chocolate syrup. Made me and the house happy.... one less container in the freezer... and yummmm : ) Thank you : )

A friend of my sister's put up her Christmas tree with white lights, covered it in a white sheet to look like a ghost and put giant eyes and mouth on it like your mugs. It is the funniest thing and so cute!

My hubby travels too and I am always open to some wisdom around how to navigate littles by ourselves in the busy season.

I'll be doing a holiday planning type video soon and I can share some recipes I make every year. We are blessed to have large families nearby so we get together with them at extended family's homes. I don't host anything except for Christmas day which is a very casual breakfast with grandparents dropping by to see what Santa delivered

Awe thank you 🥰👻 so glad you enjoyed! My dish set and bowl are crate & barrel (wedding gifts from ages ago) but they still make them. The name is Marin I think if you search their site. I love that they still make them because I have added to our collection overtime… and replaced some broken ones 😬 (that’s the bad thing about these big farmhouse porcelain sinks, if you drop a dish, it’s a goner! 😅)

Yes, we've actually lost a lot of chickens lately unfortunately. This one hen seems to be thriving on her own so we're letting her be but the others are in our coop. Thank you so much for watching!
