There's actually a weird functionality with boats that I've seen some speedrunners use- basically you can break a boat into planks and sticks with just one block on the ground by placing it at a very specific angle in which it phases into the block and then breaks.

0:39 Press F3+b to show hitboxes 1:50 You can break the netherite block with your fist, then break your boat and put it on the other side, netherite takes ~4.5 minutes to break with a fist but that would actually save time compared to the time it actually took, 5:07 the lava can only flow 3 blocks so you weren't in danger and you wasted two wooden blocks as you could have damage boosted or used only one wooden block (you have saturation) 12:03 I appreciate the showcase of the cool feature but you could've just used the redstone torch as that supplies a constant power, saving the hopper and the rest of the materials which you wasted on the comparator.

I’m sorry, but can we please address the fact that if everything was taken advantage of, you could complete this escape room without another person? I could mine the netherite blocks after crafting my boat and place the boat on the ledge to get up, skipping everything. I could then use the boat to go in between the two rooms using a hole I’ve punched in the glass (very convenient). I could do this for every room, going between the two with a boat. There are no puzzles that REQUIRE two people except for the puzzles in the first two rooms, and yet they can be easily bypassed. BTW, if you spawn on the other side (the side SeaWatt wasn’t on) you can’t escape by yourself. It can only be done one one side of the escape room. And there you go! That’s me explaining how to escape this escape room with only one person! Thank you

Let me explain the chess part. Well the one figure with look like a tower does a cross. The horses does a "Γ" . More specific it does 2 moves further and one left or right. The bishop does an "X". In order to win you have to threaten the king and at the same time the enemy king cant go to a square without being attacked or even put something in front of him to get out of the enemy's attack.

Every impossible prison always has a way out. So much effort that has been put into these prisons. They are more like jigsaw puzzles than prisons to be honest. Theres a lot of un optimized things. Instead of lighting the TNT, hit the item frame with the snowball to make the contents pop out. he used 2 planks to pillar after escaping the falling lava room, when the ledge was 2 blocks high so he could have used 1 plank and jumped up. Teddy didnt need to craft sheers, as you can break a pumpkin and craft it into seeds.

exactly. When building a minecraft prison you try to think of how to best keep the prisoners inside (While still having a way for guards to get prisoners and MAYBE visitors in and out). Prisons aren't meant to be escaped from. you wouldn't put puzzles into them. meanwhile, unlike a prison. an escape room IS meant to be escaped from. it's just meant to be a challenge to do so. This video showcases an escape room, not a prison.
