A 2nd Master is great for elderly parents, children back at home, or posh treatment for guests. I prefer a fireplace, maybe its an option/extra

I have seen some beautiful "stand alone" fireplace units, even with a mantle that are very beautiful. Surely an option is available but if cost is a factor, it's a viable option and it uses regular house current, no special installation required.

MOST MANUFACTURED HOMES HAVE A NICE SIZE MASTER & ALL THE REST OF THE ROOMS & BATHROOMS ARE SMALL; I LIKE THIS HOME BECAUSE IT'S SPACIOUS & EVEN HAS A HUGE 3RD BATHROOM FOR GUESTS. THIS IS THE PERFECT HOME FOR ROOMMATES, IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER CHILD OR MOTHER LAW SUITE..

The second master would actually be considered a "mother in law suite" I believe. I make some distinguishments between 1) Mud room has access to the outside ( often used on farms. or for dogs) 2) utility room has all the utilities so it would have washer, dryer, hot water heater. and furnace. 3) a Laundry is simply that it has washer and dryer. it diesnt have to have a sink but thise are always nice.. it also doesnt have outside access mist of the time. This looks like a nice home. If people want to complain I guess that tells about them. Of course we can say if we like sonething or not . I always told my kids if they were going say they didn't like sonething then they needed to state a. alternative For example I coukd say "I don't like spinach" but itis better to say I'm nit a Dan id cooked or canned spinach. I DO like it fresh on a sandwich or in a salad. I also liked it on pizza or baked in something but really prefer it to be fresh. Or in relation to the tour I could say "I'm nit a fan of when t he manufacturers put wire racks in the homes. I get that they are cheaper and wood is an upgrade but I think all it does is make the MANUFACTURERS look cheap!" But that's MY opinion. People either agree or disagree and that's fine but being respectful is always important." If someone has an issue with how much you speak that is THEIR issue. After all you are leading a tour of the hones. Thus providing info about the home. We just all (talking about myself hrre) need to make sure what we say is constructive (ie worth saying) and accurate. Blessings
