I hate to tell you guys this but, against code or not, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the way the wiring is being done in this particular instance. This is because even if the homeowner were to drill through the drywall right where the wiring is, there is virtually no way he is going to damage the wiring. The drill bit will simply slip to one side or the other of the wiring and the side of the drill bit is not going wear through the hard outer layer of that Romex wiring. Not to mention the fact that when the homeowner hits the air space between the drywall and the foam he is going to stop drilling unless his plan is to drill a hole all the way through to the outside of the house. Here in the USA the only time you are in real danger of drilling through the wiring is if you are drilling into the stud where the wiring is passing through it. This is because in such a case both the drill bit and the wiring is being held firmly in place so the drill will not be able to push the wire out of the way as it would in other parts of the wall. And for this reason these days they will usually install steel blocker plates on the studs where the wiring runs through the stud. And for all we know the builders in the video are going to install these plates over the wiring. Of course it’s a pretty sure bet that this house is not being built in the USA because here it takes decades for building codes to catch up to new building techniques and to allow their use. I had to learn US building codes starting in first year Architecture and while most of them make our homes much safer, some of them are just downright ridiculous and are a case of total overkill.

Это все специальные виды постройки чтобы делать домик каждые 10 лет. Чтобы не сделали, как при союзе, построили и 100 лет без ремонта. Потому как это потеря денег.

В доме до сих пор не проводили ремонта факт зная целую кучу домов панелек классических 5-этажных в которых никто никогда не делал ремонт. Да есть такиеже дома в которых ремонтируют каждый год . Но Это показатель качества работы строителей.

I'll stick with ICF. 8" thick rebar'd concrete from footings to roof, 5" of foam. No wood for termites. The lightweight wall shown in this video would get blasted down by a tornado here in the midwest. I feel quite safe behind my ICF. No 2x4 is going to come through these walls. I used 13" NuDura but there are several different kinds. House is all electric, been here for 12 years. All electric utilities are about 1/3 of normal. Calculations show the ICF break even point was about 7 years, on a 3500 sq/ft ranch.

В теплых странах или как летний домик, вполне сойдет. Хотя есть опасения в плане безопасности при пожаре или от вандалов. В суровую погоду как у нас за 50 минуса зимой, такой домик станет братской могилой. Опять же вопрос в стоимости этих домиков, стоимость утеплителя и прочих радостей.

A house is worth whatever the market says it is worth, regardless of what it cost to build. Also you seem to be forgetting that, depending on where you live, the lot may account for more (maybe much more) than 50% of the cost of the house. For example in places like Santa Barbara or San Francisco you can be sure that the land cost more than the labor and materials combined. On the other hand if you are in the middle of Oklahoma the lot may be only 15 percent of the total cost of building a house. In any case, if you are not particular about where you live you can always pick up a dirt-cheap building lot somewhere out in the boondocks. And if you do all the labor yourself and shop around for the best deals on your materials you can own a nice house for not much more than what most people pay for a car. Anyway it always cracks me up when people make it sounds as if the housing market is some kind of a rip-off when the truth is it is the buying public that actually determines the prices of real estate.

@Be Volkisch - With a few exceptions the laws have about as much to do with the price of housing as they do with the price of works of art. A famous painting does not cost a million dollars because it cost that much to make it. It cost that much because that is how much people are willing to pay for it. And its pretty much the same with real estate. Also in both cases people are often buying as an investment because they know that both the painting and the house will likely go up in value over time. Naturally there are a few cases where changing the law could help with housing prices in certain cases and in certain areas. For example when all the rich Chinese came in and started buying up houses in parts of the USA and Canada it priced many locals out of the market. And the same thing is happening in some areas due to more and more people using their homes as vacation rentals and listing them on sites like Airbnb. And we could of course pass laws to curb these sorts of activities but the truth is these things are only affecting the real estate market in very specific areas and they likely do not have much affect on the overall market as a whole nationwide.

I think building with wood-concrete (Isospan) on XPS isolated foundation slab is the best. It gives you strong reinforced concrete walls and unified outer isolation layer (23 cm of graphite polystyrene is probably ideal) and it's faster then laying brick.

В ролике технология показана не правильно. Перед отделкой фасада и стены со стороны помещения предусматривается обязательная разделка вертикальных швов раствором. У немцев на сайте всё расписано. Дьявол кроется в деталях. Не я сказал.

Исходно, когда эти керамоблоки стали поставлять в РФ в сопровидиловке было указано что щели заделывать необязательно. Лет пять назад появилось что обязательно. Но они по факту дрянь редкостная. Нет нормальных угловых элементов, геморройно подгонять под ширину проемов и дороже обычных (в форме параллелограмма, без гребенок) пустотных керамоблоков. И да. Если пилить для посадки по месту можно взять блок не такой сложной формы, а то и просто приличный кирпич.

The foan brick process seemed quick, the second one with the terra cotta looking bricks didn't strike me as particularly fast. I've seen small houses like these made of conventional wood go from foundation to fully enclosed in a couple of days.

The clip didn't show a full build using Porotherm blocks. You can put up a Porotherm house in a couple of days - the thin-set mortar means there's no limit to the number of courses you can lay in one go, so if you have enough labour and are inclined to push on, you could do a house in a day. Using the concrete-filled U lintels is slow, there are other lintel systems for Porotherm that are quicker, e.g. steel.

Под действием солнечного света разлагается при норм. условиях. А в стене будет он себе "парить" потихоньку... лет 30-50. А жильцы будут этим дышать. google://"стирол влияние на организм"

I am an American retired in the Philippines. I thought the same thing. These prefab houses would splinter apart in earthquakes over here. These designs are for contractor profits. Not homeowner durability. Overall, concrete or geodesic homes, or earthbag construction are the way to go anywhere in the world

На 2:10 появляется залепуха - электропроводка по трассе "хрен пойми как" прям по пенопласту. Пробить саморезом легко, потушить тяжело. Судя по всему в дальнейшем стены зашивают гипсокартоном. Не раскрыта тема навешивания на стены эти полочек книжных, телевизоров и прочего.

двойной гипсокартон и куча вертышей спокойно выдержать телевизор... но монтаж гипсокартна превращается в игру "сапер" :)

Технология подразумевает жизнь в целоФановом пакете..вентиляция активная решает сейчас всё да и пенопласт в темноте не разлагается ...и дом фонит на улицу ядами...а рак от мясных продуктов переходите в секту веганов и физкультуры и будет вам здоровье...🙏

Condensation would be a huge problem, especially in damp environments. If you need a theodolite to set out you ain't saving much money. These guys ain't builders that's for sure.

Obviously this won't work in all climates and withstand certain scenarios tornadoes, earthquakes, but here in az, we don't have either. I see where in certain areas it's pretty safe and quick.
