I have severe anxiety from PTSD and I have tried meditation and mindfulness, but this is the best instruction by far. I didn’t even realize that when I rub my legs (to push away the energy that I didn’t get to do from my trauma) that I do it palms down to ground myself. I’m going to start meditating again every morning to help with my anxiety now. Thanks Jonathan!
