Hey Mactics, there's a guy who made a VERY detailed video lately on why Primed Firestorm is a great mod on the Torid. You should 100% consider throwing it on there - the increased "Blast Radius" makes the area that the incarnon form considers for starting its damage chains larger. Which leads to hitting more enemies and starting more damage chains. VERY strong. Also you can ignore Multishot on the Torid because the Incarnon version as a beam weapon does not actually use Multishot.

Regarding level cap, the main gamemode people go level cap in is SP void cascade for a couple reasons: 1. It only takes a bit more than 1hour to reach level cap which makes it quite satisfying compared to staying in a survival for 6 hours and allows you to test your builds against high level ennemies 2. The gamemode is one of the most if not the most intersting and engaging in the game for many people (including me). 3. The rewards are amazing (Tons of arcanes from Thrax and it can also appear as a void fissure so you can open relics at the same time) Overall, I go level cap in void cascade multiple times a week and many people do, It's just great, and it really feels like an achievment once you've managed to bring your favorite frame to levelcap in void cascade

Rev and Rhino are my 2 favorite for void cascade. Rhino being the best choice if your weapon struggles a lot past lv 1k. I just wish DE never nerfed his 4's ability to slow down thrax with overguard. Rhino felt so much better to play before the nerf but still a great choice!

2:12 Mesmer Skin count depends on ability strength, the Nidus on your team was parasitically linked to you which gives strength and weapon damage to both you and him. If you are uncertain about something, while paused you can hover over things that are currently affecting you.

One thing i found out when i came back to the game and got my first incarnon is that when you're doing the objective of activating the incarnon form a certain amount of times, Mirage's 1 clones counts with it apon activating incarnon with clones out.

so How revenant works is you cast you 2 for invinc, then you cast your one on a group of enemies, and use your three to kill your thralls, killing them with your three gives you more mesmure skin, so the cycle goes cast your 2 then your one then your three, cast your 1 and three when you get low on your 2

I've been using it since the day I got it so long ago I don't even remember. Back when Loki was considered a god frame for his invis. The clouds were silent, plus a hush mod meant you could sneak kill groups of enemies. I loved it. incarnon released for it and I thought there's no way they made a beast weapon better. nope, they made it best.

Yeah……sadly that’s how Valkyr still is to this day. Permanent Invulnerability with her 4, most consider her other 3 abilities and passive overall kind of useless. Most, don’t even ever use a single weapon other than her 4th. Even Warcry isn’t that great, takes a mod slot, and can be ignored with Attack speed from other sources.

I could write an essay here but I will try and TL;DR here. Against a single target, viral is better then blast. It is surprisingly not overly much better in the first few hits and will not be very noticeable against a single enemy you kill in

Long story short, Viral scales and Blast/corrosive will be enough for base SP. Viral has always been effective. It will remain so for the foreseeable future. Although cold slows and increases crit, corrosive and blast reduce some armor and raw dmg is good. It's all preference i say. With melee, Viral and electricity with melee influence scales insanely hard. If paired with slash, even better. Viral is good in almost every situation because you can add slash. It works against all factions, some more than others but it works. Gas electric is also good against corpus for melee and infested are well... infested. Murmur? Just use blast and corrosive. It's legit all preference. Fun factor is above all else for me.

Hunter munitions is NEVER optimal on Torrid, and almost never optimal on anything at all right now. Even before the hp buffs which made slash weaker, just using corrosive and modding for raw damage is always better time to kill.

I mean viral and slash will still scale better but raw dmg does kill better at lower control. That's why nourish is so strong and PAIRED with corrosive and blast or people run green shards; or both. Viral and Corrosive, neither is better than the other, it's just up to preference and depends on what you wanna do. Do you want endurance runs or so you want to just destroy base level steel path and etc.

I haven’t played warframe in a few years but my static loadout was prime(nehza, boltor and atomos). Which heavily influenced my remnant 2 loadout because in that game the only secondary I’d ever use was the gas gun. The problem with my warframe run was I got dragged into it by friends who’d previously played for a few hundred hours, which caused me to miss like all of the story, so it was just a game where I was doing random missions for which I had zero context, and they all felt the same.

For Revenant you have an augment mod that gives you a ton of weapon damage for each enemy you keep under your 1.

Try out Frost with the augment mods.. Icy Avalanche: with his 4th ability you now Freeze everyone in range and give yourself armor that acts like overguard. every time you activate his 4th.. stacking the overguard to over 30k ! Making you pretty much one of the biggest tanks in the game. Biting Frost: Increases Critical Chance (+200%) and Critical Damage (+200%) against frozen enemies. - after you activated his 4th.. your weapons with reasonable crit stats will now be red crit monsters on those frozen enemies. You can pretty much clear out a large area in two seconds with the Torid against the really high level npcs. This is so overpowered.. the invulnerability from having a kind of overguard armor is just insane. Slap arcane blessing on it and you are done. No need for extra health, shields or armor mods.

Btw, galvanized aptitude kinda works on a weird way with this weapon (in a way it doesn't use a lot of value of it) Blast is nice and it generates incarnon charge, but it suffers with armor a ton! Its fun tho! Blast radius also works with it, since it will be linking with more targets by using it, so it is an option!! Overall Torid is just really good so it dont matter so much, you will find success with something you have and within your preferences!!

Btw matctic there's a specific build for Revenant prime that allows you to one shot ANY ENEMY (EVEN LEVEL 9999-INIFINITE) with revenant 's 1st and 3rd ability. However it's up to you because revenant is too powerful and makes the game boring. Build from "knightmareframe" Edit: the build also allows the 2nd ability to stay longer too

Dual Toxos as with any incarnon does require a lot of investment but theyre amazing. Ur looking 5-7 forma for a good toxo build. Id suggest picking up the cold and electric pistol 60/60 mods as well as a mod called seeker due to the interaction it has with punch through. They apply toxin and increased fire rate for roughly 3 seconds on headshot which combines with a singular element. If you can pick up w riven with critical damage and a harmless negative for cheap id suggest using it (2 stats and a minus will be cheaper than 3, mulitshot crit damage OR crit chance crit damage with a harmless minus like zoom, mag cap, +recoil, -infested) expect to pay anywhere between 500-750p for a riven with those stats

I use a very weird Torid build I don’t exactly remember what my riven is off the top of my head but I built my Torid for corrosive+heat+hunters munitions I typically run two green shards on all my frames and with norish subsumed so I’m also applying viral or using a panzer vup for viral. So in all my Torid is acting all as a primer stripping enemy armor, halving their total hp, and dpsing with slash and heat procs. I’m not a big fan of constantly switching weapons back and forth to prime and what not but this has worked perfect for me all the way to level cap; not using melee or secondary also opens up the use for strictly utility with praedos and amalgam barrel diffusion to increase your parkour velocity

Revenant's dash isn't useless. every enemy you go through, you take a percentage of their HP. And with enough power strength, that percentage can reach insane numbers. You can viral prime a group of max level enemies, then just completely kill them by dashing through them.

Not to flex but I got Caliban Phenmor (annihilator) Epitaph prime (priming) Unnecessary melee Decrees that were IMPORTANT for this: Inflict viral for each cold/toxin Inflict cold for each crit (my phenmor is evo 4 rn so I don't really need -cc) X0.5 weapon dmg but +600% ability strength 2x crit damage Target becomes 10% more vulnerable with eah shot (why? IT'S A FUCKING MACHINE GUN) This is the explanation Caliban for his first skill so I can always have max shields and basically never get health damage Phenmor for dmg output Epitaph prime for priming Decrees for extra damage + viral stat + crit damage + ability strength 600% for the sentients that bro summons + more dmg per shot to go brrrrrr + crit chance if you can (I didn't get that, wish I got a harrow atleast that would've been crazy)

Did you use purple shards, swap mods, prime, and damage amp abilities (mainly wrathful advance). With these zaw can hit dmg cap. Zaw requires a bit of investment to show decent proformance

so there is never really a reason to do 9999 content. however, outside of duveri, disruption is the quickest mode to get to level cap as you can do cycles _really_ fast, especially as a team.

Revenant can use reave on huge packs in SP to wipe in one shot after statuses are applied, if you were to overwrite an ability of his I would go for his 4 him as his 1,2,3 are far more functional for real higher end gameplay while using him

Galvanized Aptitude was a bit of a waste given the particular evolution you chose (+20 base crit, instead of 15basecrit/15 base status) - Galvanized Aptitude would work better with one of the status bonuse evolution options.

Mac, you should try to get the Strun Incarnon, my fav incarnon so far. i get that the torid is so overpowered so is the strun. you get more run and gun action with strun. its a buckshotty and the incarnon form shot explosive round in a area very cool.

Yes, Strun feels really nice! But I didn't see you mention it: if you aim down sights, all the multishot is condensed into a single beam that contains all the multishot damage and status chance (not sure of critical chance) --> long-range death laser blast. That really makes it my favourite gun at the moment because it is so versatile with the short-range splash and more accurate laser cannon.

Hunter munitions makes it a 2x element + sentinel beam makes it 3/4 depending on the set up this maxing the damage bonus. Not like anything survives the 2 element bonus anyways though 😂

Torid and revenant are the only two things in the game i avoid using because they are just too good. Lots of weapons, especially amidst the incarnons, are already very easy to use and beat sp with. And many frames have easy ways of survivability ranging from pressing a button to shield gating. But both torid and revenant are the extreme of either end. I'm glad i have them, especially for the sp circuit. But you'll probably never see me bringing them outside of that type of content. I love this game too much to wanna risk burning myself out by completely removing any of the active gameplay.

Primed firestorm has a bug with torid where it will make the beam latch onto to more enemies however my personal favourit incarnon is the burston boar and furis

Yeahhhh.... I happened to have good torid riven (from long time ago) and when I got torid incarnon, I just never went back. I use viral torid, even in Netracells, but it functions well with anything, and is pretty busted with good CC/CD (or CC/something) riven.

Melted multiple rivens for both of those, after hoarding for months. Reave does % of Max-HP damage, so i can (could?) 1 shot with enough strength.

its capped at 50% max health,but if enemy under midnc ontrol,dmg is doubled,so yes,it is possible to one shot with reave,or two shot without midn contorl
