I actually use setting spray between layers as well it helps to hold my make up. But this was too much. Literally drenched haha

I think she was trying to conceal your heavy bags under your eyes and add an extra layer of foundation to try and smooth out your rough skin texture. She obviously did the opposite of intended BUT it really wasn’t that bad. I’ve seen a lot worse!
