Cole Jordan it really was the perfect storm at the time. Him spitting how he was mixed with Chester’s vocals. Papercut, In the End, Points of Authority, Forgotten. Classics. For every song he had that he snapped on, there was an answer with Chester singing his heart out. 10 year old me was blown away by these guys the first time I heard them. 28 year old me still refuses to skip a song on this album. When I’m having a shitty day or I feel like I need to calm down, this is what I put on.

@@kylerunyon5779 it was an incredible album but thats a stretch haha.. there are some phenomenal albums out there dude.. i would list it as one of my favourites though for sure! I remember listening to this on repeat for weeks!

Yeah. This to me is incredibly emotionally charged. I have a hard time finding an equal from any artist in that respect other than Meteora from the same band! I can’t blame them for changing direction musically after that; holding onto that pain for that long is just too much.

Essentially his favorite song to preform from what I understand. Hard to know how much mike started developing this song before chester joined the band but Chester def connected with this one for life.

Mike Shinoda - Crossing a line. He's the rapper in linkin park and released this after chester passed.
@ghostrider_4145 жыл бұрын
You should react to POD "Youth of the Nation" and Fort Minor "Kenji". Mike, the rapper in LP, is in Fort Minor.

@@ryancantwell9781 I remember buying it and listening to it for the first time while cutting grass. I was using a walkman I believe or whatever the cd version was called back then. It was amazing, that's all I know. From then on LP has always had a special place in my heart and Chester's voice always brought me joy. The collab I always wanted was Lp & Eminem. Would have loved to hear Em rap to a Chester hook with a verse from Mike... :-(

@@tCruzin4Lyfe that would have been legendary. I actually got one of those portable CD players for Christmas one year from like my uncle and he actually had to burn this CD for me because I didn't have any other ones and I had it on repeat for about a month before I got a new one but I know every word to every song on both hybrid theory and metora

The rapper is Mike Shinoda. If you like him, you should react to Fort Minor - "Remember The Name" or one of their others like "Red To Black".
