The last verse was of a "Master of the Bazaar" certainly Mr. Pages, given the words used. The Masters are a species of batlike creatures called curators that serve as messengers for the judgements (which are stars and basically gods), but they (The masters) betrayed the judgements and are working for the bazaar (which is alive) to collect love stories to present some sort of argument as to why the bazaar should be able to date the sun (I don't have the best grasp on the lore)

The Bazaar used to date (and had a daughter who is a living mountain) with The Sun but she fell in love with another judgement and then sent The Bazaar to give the other judgement a love letter. The other judgment refused and now The Bazaar has 7 citie's time (London is the fifth) to get love stories and shit like that to boil down to the ULTIMATE love in hopes that when he delivers the response to The Sun she doesnt die of grief. (By the way The Bazaar is a giant space crab)

To answer a few questions about the setting - that was a devil yes, there are many of them wandering around Fallen London and they do a good trade in souls but also tend to be interested in literature and the arts. In the lore they have some strange connections to bees..... Stupendium did play all the main parts, and the group singing the chorus featured some Failbetter Games staff!
