The white gravy is known as sausage or sawmill gravy and is served usually at breakfast of with breakfast food at supper. We also have gravy that is brown and made from pan drippings from cooked meat. It can be from chicken, beef or pork. I am from Virginia.

@petermilburn54252 жыл бұрын
Translation for Brits, being one myself but living in the US for the last 26 years!! A biscuit, think a plain scone, made very similarly. Gravy is made from the fat from the sausage, mix in flour and milk and seasoning, usually hot pepper flakes, and you have sausage gravy. Awesome over biscuits and eggs!!!!

Hi Lee! As much as I love fried chicken. Don’t like the look of the gravy though, I’d go there just for the Bonuts. Something hot, sweet and warm. Now then it’s family channel. I assume a Bonut is a biscuit and Donut together. B Roll looked okay. Funny that lady making the video PG for you. Glad to see a brief glimpse of Damien after the night on the boozer. i don’t think I’ve ever seen you smile and enjoy it so much as you have while in Nashville. As crazy and buzzin the place is as you have mentioned. Rubs off in a good way. You need to get JD out there with you. Would be fantastic for ypu both. Take care Lee 😘👍🏻

You'll remember 'Mork & Mindy', in one episode there was a character called 'Mr W**K'...I kid you not. It was shown on Ch4 a few years ago when they re-ran the series in the evenings. It wasn't censored, only the red tops got upset...as they do. I never realised 'w**k' wasn't a swear word in the States until that episode and I was a frequent visitor since the late 60's.

It's got a lot more busier and expensive in Nashville than it was in 2008 . I stayed near the Grand Ole Opry in a really nice hotel with a suite and paid less per night than you paid for breakfast. Must admit the breakfast looked great. I love biscuits and saw at some restaurants extensions fitted to chairs to accommodate a wider person ( which is what I would have finished up if I lived there) It's a great place Nashville, we toured the entire deep south seeing different aspects than just Nashville. Suggest you visit Memphis, if you think the strip on Nashville is crazy, it ain't a patch on Beale St. Love the videos keep em coming.
