One of three ways to make birdwatchers better and more useful is to. I was going to say control it with the mouse but you already kinda can. 1. Make it where he can see in the dark since he can't see anyway. 2. Whenever he uses his ability it zooms out and cancels the darkness from the lights. 3. He just gets a passive bigger sight where he can see more of the map normally with his inches vision range.
