I love dual stormlash on frenzy. One of my favourites. A cheaper budget option is dual fleshrippers. Fleshrenders work as well. Both weapons have everything you need. Rippers take it though with that 40% total slow target and 100% total open wounds swinging away.

smiter is godly for ubers..I did some ubers with frenzy barb but smiter is 10x faster. I think you can use Laying of hands instead Dracula gloves. You have life tap from LW

@@Αρθορο I know, been playing the game for 20 years. Of course Smithers godly for Ubers, especially with the most broken "I can't be killed" melee weapon. Any class with a lastwish could steamroll Ubers so hard it wouldn't even be funny. But yeah I've done a uber run with a very basic, cheap smiter.

Barb is just the best character for playing on bnet as soon as you get about 2 high runes or net worth. Maybe single player on /players 8 he struggles, but online you are gonna mostly be playing in a game by yourself. Or the start of a ladder, yea, sorc/necro will do way better with no gear. As soon as you have access to dual griefs though, he blows everything else away. I started on sorc, have griffons, infinity merc, hoto, 200 fcr, also a geared javazon, but I almost always play my barb. He can dual wield and has sorc fcr breakpoints, with enigma teles as fast as a sorc with just a couple wiz spikes on switch. WW has no synergy, so you have tons of points to maximize your hork. So then every elite you kill has about ~70% to drop loot a second time. You can weapon switch to ali babas or isted weapons to have huge magic find when horking. Frenzy and berserk are amazing with 1 point. Phys immunes die in a couple hits. My barb kills Uber trust easily with a single point in frenzy, just switch to duress armor and dracs gloves. I still haven't found a build that can compete with ww horking barb with 1 point in frenzy and berserk. Best mf char and does everything else well too. Fast teleporter for key farming, etc.

Dual grief pb for ubers works best when you use amplify damage curse instead of lifetap..gavel of pain on swap instead of cta.. u will get enough crushing blow from gface, gore rider, and steelrends..

I'm also actually whirlwind barb but I frenzy first to charge up my speed and unleash long stretching whirlwinds of death.. amplify damage makes it gg too

@mikeblenheim117 I use highlords to stack as much damage as possible.. the amplify damage is coming from gavel of pain which takes place of cta on swap.. dual grief being lots of damage makes ubers a cake walk alongside amplify damage curse

try werewolf druid with eth Reaper's Toll, pre-buffing and lack of mobility in mini ubers areas is annoing but ubers fights... he just melting the suckers, fastest build I experienced, no dracs needed: metamorphosis, lying of hands, gores, chains of honor, eth reaper's , highlords and u ready to go

@@Lurch4539 for druid I recommend Archon Staff as a base for botd --> surprisingly high dmg, low req, extra 50% dmg against undead, it's hard to acquire, I was lucky to find it myself but I tested it in different scenarios and Reaper's still better, that decrepify proc with speed of the fury is just something else

Grief runeword is broken , it's like gay ( gay like in the olden days), bad. The + on it is an afterthought. a): If char deal 1 DMG point after calculations, one adds the plus to the total from Grief RW : 1+400=401 dmg points; b): if char deal 1000 dmg points after calculations , the one adds the plus DMG points from Grief runeword: 1000+400= 1400dmg points. The damage from grief definitely gets multiplied by skills and auras though, it's just not shown in the damage box. And it's added to smite as well and multiplied.

I mean dual grief would probably be better ( 60 -70 crushing blow from armor Is enough, but last Wish is also good choice ), also slap dual leach ring on that barb ( dont plan to get hit for mana, be the one hittin 😁)

Also, I tested many different Frenzy builds. I found Last Wish Berserker axe and Beast Berserker Axe to be the best combo for weapons. You have more options too depending what you want to do, for PVM Death and Breath of The Dying zerkers are very good. You have Grief, Beast, Death, Last Wish, and Breath of The Dying you can all use in a Berserker Axe, more than twice the damage output of Phase Blades.

@theicemanye Fortitude/Enigma, Goreriders, Laying of Hands or Steelrends, Nosferatu's Coil belt, Arreat's Face, Highlords, Ravenfrost, and a GG dual leech ring. Even without charms or being able to teleport, build rocks. For mercenary I would use Act 5 Merc with Last Wish and Grief Phase Blades to free up a weapon slot on yourself instead of you using Last Wish, if it is for PVM. Frenzy is for ubers though so that wouldn't be optimal

Grief should be right hand because you don't get the bonuses dmg to demons and ignor def -25% target def LW can me in left hand because is aura and procs that work

@@theicemanye Mostly QoL stuff, tons of runewords, uniques and sets. Stacking gems/runes and like a thousand cube recipes. They have a website you can look at the items and recipes. Dbrunsky came back to talk about it on YT a month ago. That's how I found it been pretty good and doesn't stray far from what D2R is.

@12:03 you really have no idea what you are talking about... Its so easy to get high crushing blow from other gear that this argument is just dumb... The hardest part of ubers is getting them down that last 10% which is why typically the last 10% takes longer then the first 90%. Grief makes that last 10% about 5x faster. In terms of raw killing speed with Ubers grief is king, if you think otherwise you arent paying attention.
