I love Regis' deck showcases because they are ALMOST NEVER meta, so they are always the most fun decks to replicate because the meta always ruins playing ladder for me. You know what you have to make your deck counter or be, but its never fun having to not play what you enjoy to be able to climb.

Echo + Shadow King does answer ebony blade pretty decently. Wouldn't have given you much room in the lane, but would have taken 20 away from the blade.

Ebony Blade can no longer be destroyed or have it's power reduced, so shadow king does nothing to it.

Thanks Regis! Just hit infinite this season because of this deck. I was really struggling with the usual deck archetypes to get there. But this deck worked like a charm. I was so much fun. There were so many cheeky wins versus High Evo or Living Tribunal decks just by turning off their Magik location on turn 6. ps: I don't own Martyr so I replaced her with Antman.

At 15:44 Echo and Super skrull got pulled by Sakaar and Echo flipped up first. Shouldn't it have silenced Super Skrulls ongoing effect?

Echo only affects "played" cards, so the opponent has to actively play it from hand.

it would. the issue being needing echo there the turn before and then playing shadowking as you cant echo something already on board and you can only shadow king something on board.

Question: Am I the only one who gets screwed on the Collection Boxes? I havent got a SINGLE card in so long and there is so many cards I am still missing like Mobius, Iron Lad, and many other more. My collection level is 8210.

the chance at getting a series 5 card is SO LOW from normal collection caches. Its the Spotlight caches that you can expect to get those series 5 cards

mobius and iron lad are series 4/5 cards which means you cant get them from anything other than spotlight caches or through tokens, youre probably getting nothing from the boxes because you have all the series 3 cards already.

Mobius and iron lad cannot be gotten from collectors reserves or caches only series 3 cards can be you can only get series 4 and 5 in spotlight caches

It’s just up to the heart of the cards. I’ve just resigned to the fact at best I’ll get some cubes and I just save up my gold for a card that pops in the shop on my missing list. Worse is when the caches do cough up a card and its pixel.

The reason they retreated on turn 6 in the last game is they had two 3-cost cards on the right, so their 4xMsMarvel buffs didn't work on the right at all. They probably only had good 1- or 3-cost cards to play on the right, and that wouldn't be enough. They left in frustration because they misplayed that Cable.
