Now with colourful snacks it might be worth running a second champion, dunno which one though, and maybe not Braum.

The poro king was a Christmas gamemode where in a game of Aram the team who first hit the enemy team with 30 snoballs summon the poro king as a mega unit to is side . also the players can feed the king poro snaxs that gave him new habilities. the snax u can give him are the same the poro create as cards. expreso snax make him faster, frosted snax make him trow snowballs, colorfull snax gave him a shield, and pepper snax make him spew flames

Experienced poro deck player here. From what I gather, the only poros you care about are Lonely poro, Pouty Poro, Daring Poro, Porobot, and maybe Fabled Poro. The rest are pretty bad in general, however, since you need to see multiple different poros to level the poro king, and fabled poro is typically reserved for the winning turn, these means the decks will probably have to include: Poro stories (for a slight chance to generate one of the good poros, though most of the time you get bad poros) Nimble poro (the second best poro keyword, just behind elusive poro, but it was never played because its in ionia) Poro Sled (With the extra snack consistency thanks to poro king, it may actually be playable) Affectionate poro (this is a tech card, since it won't actually generate good value until the late game) But the most important difference is... WE ARE FREE FROM PILTOVER!!! I am personally gonna try a bilgewater version, with Siren Song, Jagged Taskmaster, and the attune Dragon. Plus better draw than freljord!

Neeko and Poro deck sounds pretty fun. Play a bunch of 1 cost and 2 cost allies with the ocasional high cost ally (like the demacia and bandle bird) and focus on turbo leveling Neeko,then you can start sacrificing all of your non-poro allies and focus on your poros and leveling poro king,with each attack Neeko will also give all of your poros +1/1,at around round 6-7 your opponent should be looking at a board with Neeko,Poro king and 6/6+ stat cheap poros. Maybe not the strongest deck but it’d def be fun,like a keyword,subtype swarm deck lol

The problem is you need to level neeko otherwise she won't grant the poros +1/+1. In order to level her up you need to sacrifice significant deck space meaning less poros and poro support Edit: also top decking non-poros mid-late game would be miserable

I am just here to remind people that Poros have ALWAYS been a viable, but very high skill deck ever since poro canon and porealis, Swim played it in top 100 back then. The main weakness Poros have always had it though is beeing compleatly bound to freljord and P&Z and having no champions (cause Braum is horrible in Poro decks). Poro king compleatly removes those 2 weaknesses from these decks and opens up a ton of flexibility with your second region, to fit into any given meta. THIS IS NUTS.

Fun story, when I first got my friend into LoR, I only had a few decks at that point. My friend made a few decks and we went into a friend battle to test them out! After the first battle, I mentioned offhandedly that I was taking a meme deck as we were loading into the second match. He said "Oh yeah, same." Turns out, we both roll up in this game, no prior planning involved, with poro decks and decide to duke it out for the title "Master of the Fluft". It was so long ago that I don't remember who won, but that's one of my first and most cherished LoR memories.

2 questions: 1. Probably still freljord right? (Entreat+protection) I can see predicts work as well but I don't really see why. Sure you can play yipp but idk. I'd rather have protection for the king. 2. Do you even play braum, porealis? Sure generate 1/2 poros (+pori snacks) but that seems somehow a bit too slow ... Maybe as a one/two off.

if you look at it from a rock-papers-scissors perspective, a card like All-Seeing Oracle is necessary to let a board-centric meta thrive : if you want attacks and blocks to matter, you need a dead-easy insta-win against "me ramp, me heal, me ramp, me end game wiv BIG SPELL" somewhere in the pool, otherwise the big slow whale will swallow every fishy attempt at "units-matter" decks. it's some ecosystem thingy i have a hard time explaining, like letting the spiders live so they can eat the mosquitoes or something

Poro KingXKarma. Mostly for Cloud Drinker (burst and focus spells cost 1 less), but if you get to round 10 with it, time to spam poro snacks. Also, as a KarmaSett player, I want All-Seeing Oracle gone from the game. Against fun decks (that I switch around and play as much as KarmaSett, My favorite being KhahiriXWarmother'sCall) you counter their win con, against spell decks that deserve to suffer, it's trash.

While I love all the flavors of this new expansion... I'm really worried for regions. Shurima with Nidalee doesn't really fit with Shurima. Feels really awkward in all honesty. Then the other regions... what did they get that wasn't shoed for Neeko and Poro king? This feels like the Bilgewater expansion again. A block focused more on its Champs then the regions overall.

Heart of the Fluft isn't even a win more card, it's a win less card. You can instantly lose the game by turning your wide board (hard to deal with) into a single big unit (easy to deal with). Cheap spells that pop spellshield are plentiful, Vengeance and Disintegrate is everywhere, and you're probably just going to lose a game you might have won otherwise
