Hey Mattman, it’s always amazing to see you post and you’ve always been one part of my life that has helped to bring my spirits up. I’m currently grieving for a good friend of mine that passed unexpectedly this Saturday. We’re in our senior year of HS and I can’t stop thinking about how we won’t be able to see each other through our lives anymore, he was family to me and was the best brother I could’ve asked for. I can’t eat properly, enjoy a shower, or really do anything that I used to. It hurts like hell knowing that I’ll eventually move on, but I also know that it’s what my friend would want from me. I just wanted to let you know how much of a help you and your content has been for me. I’m going to fly up to his funeral within the next couple of days and see our friends again. We’re all hurting differently, but it’ll be a big help to each other face to face. Thank you for be such positive and funny person, both you and your community has helped me through a very dark time.

I think the closest thing to Rhythm Heaven + Binding of Isaac would be Crypt of the Necrodancer? Never got good at it but was pretty fun from what I did play. Nintendo even made a Zelda crossover version on the Switch a few years ago with a bunch of famous musical content creators playing on the soundtrack. Even if it's not what you're looking for, the OST slaps.
