Tried this deck. First 3 games I get magik off and but don’t draw into surfer. 4th game I get surfer in my starting hand and then Sokovia discards it immediately. I know this is just bad rng, but it feels like this game is trolling me sometimes. Great vid though and congratulations being the broadcast winner!! 🏅 Glad I voted for you 😃

As a Silver Surfer main since he came out I've been telling people they've been sleeping on Absorbing man even before the buff. Absorbing man on Brood allowed 9 power down on turn 4 after Brood while being able to buff the broodlings with Surfer. Now AM drops 15 power after brood. Plus you have the ability to also drop him after SS. AM was and always will be the best Turn 4 play after Brood and no one can convince me otherwise lol.

Thanks for a great deck, got me to infinite for the first time ever. The Brood into Abs into Sera play didn’t draw as often as I’d hoped but there are always plenty other options in your hand with this deck

Hey Bynx do a silver surfer deck but add Invisible women and Hit monkey, play hit monkey at invisible women and he will count all the cards played on turn 6

Trying this out and I'm struggling against a Cerebro deck that runs off buffing 8 power cards. I also can't beat any sort of destroy deck. I like this but the lack of cards to shut down opponent plays is hurting me. edit: Messing around in proving grounds and I can't beat anything I come across LOL. If a deck can reliably cross 20 power in more than one lane, I can't beat it.

Replace Spider-Ham for Goose (a must in almost any surfer deck), Juggernaut for Thor (to play with Storm), and the Polaris you could swap for either Cosmo or Rogue or Shadow King depending on if you like predicting plays or playing reactively and what meta you have the most trouble with. You sacrifice a little more power for a bit more control but in this meta it helps more often than not. Goose in one lane, Brood in another, Absorbing man the brood onto the Goose lane. 17 power on a Goose lane is pretty unbeatable. Then use Cosmo, Rogue, or Shadowking as a way to secure the other lane. Storm + Juggernaut can secure lanes themselves and you have the option of Surfer into Absorbing Man to add +4x2 onto that storm lane.
