craziest part is that if he sold the starter for %pen like dominance, it's a legit build, like he be critting achilles for 500 an auto. And if he goes 95% crit chance (DB + rage + wind blade) he gets 50 powers from the glyph, which is already a lot, plus can build life steal/attack speed and %pen
