Creatine has to front load or it takes like 2 weeks to saturate. You haven't felt anything after 3 days. Also peanut butter is very calorically dense. 1g of fat = 9 calories. Not to mention the hydrogenated oil.

You shouldn’t feel creatine off the bat you know, it’s only after 2/3 weeks 1 week if you load. After a loading phase you can back it off a little and you’re all good. For anyone who doesn’t know how creatine works in the body, it basically fuels the first of the third energy systems so the first 10 second of you lifting intensely, loading creatine and continually take it you can push that first system to about 12-13 seconds, the first energy system the ATP-PC system is the strongest system in the body. Hence why people want to make use of it to really aid growth and recovery.
