That sky striker dude was playing a weird build. Most sky striker players i play against play 3x Tactics, 3x Thrust, 35-40 spells total, including a bunch of board breakersn, 3 raye, 1-3 pillar, 0-1 roze

If you want it more consistent I think you can take out Lubellion and just run the Bystials as bodies Also, if you need a budget option for Assault Synchron, Blackwing Sharnga from the structure deck does almost the exact same thing

Blackwing Sharnga is not as good as Assault Synchron as you can see in his combo at 21:09 where he use Assault Synchron to bring back the synchro 10 from the GY. Sharnga can't do that.

the best variant is mannadium centurion. you can pretty often make full manna board with centurion back row set up to go blazar after.

That kind of build ends up cutting off too many staples or running too many cards. Mannadium is already the victim of awkward hands as is. I might come back around to testing it though but I'm doubtful of it being better than the bystial variant. (Although im sure it sets up a stronger board)

Totally agree, have built it in real life and can confirm. Helps mannadium with the baron and appo bans and I think makes it more competitive

Assault is searchable with tuning, the problem is space and the fact that tuning is also a UR

I honestly hard make Zeus more often than I use Dingirsu to go into it. I'm also a lunatic that refuses to spend UR dust on Crimson Dragon or any of its components, but Chaos Angel and Dis Pater have won me enough games without relying on that poopy stuff.

I mean hieratic seal can summon converging wills too. So if you really want to you could make a Dis Pater (level 10 synchro), activate hieratic seal, bounce a random face up card on the field, summon converging wills with the tribute effect of Hieratic Seal and then summon Shooting Majestic Star Dragon. I wouldn't say this is optimal at all but it is doable and consistent I suppose.
