Imo, at 2:44, in situations like these you ought to touch the active item so that the blind pedestal disappears. When the blind item continues rolling, you can potentially be losing out on multiple really good items that you will be unable to see for the rest of the run. For all we know the next 3 blind items were quality 4, and touching the active just reduces that anxiety for me.

You should try starting with spirit of acceptance, it is an unlock from the samael mod that has a chance to spawn a second item where only one would spawn, but it gives you permanent curse of the blind unless you have black candle

ideas for dices (because i was bored): PETRIFIED DICE: "the old news" -items that are "rerolled" will be "stuck" -"stuck" items will be carried, just like the "moving box" -item will be rerolled when the dice is used, making the item drop into the room (its just moving box - reroll edition) SEASONAL DICE: "switch the time of the things around you" -items will switch item pools from 4 places, in sequence -("item room" to "shop" to "devil room" to "angel room" and then loop back to "item room") (reroll but now you are a little bit too powerfull) MEAT CUBE: "hungry for hunger!" -items will reroll into food items (haha, funny reference) TRANFORMED DICE: "complete your goals" -rerolls will give items that give you transformations, after you complete a transformation, that list of items wont appear in your rerolls BROKEN DELIRIOUS DICE: "oh no" -will give any repentance dice effect when used (just reverse wheel of fortune but a active item) REFERENCIAL DICE: "i know these" -reroll items into reference items (example: magic mushroom (mario), cube of meat (super meat boy), ball of tar (gish), holy water (castlevania), spirit sword (the legend of zelda, etc) BLANK DICE: "a chance of " -items rerolled will alternate between glitched and normal items OLD DICE: "still dusty" -reroll items into its own "old item pool", with items like mr. dolly, pandora's box, shoop da whoop!, the nail, samson's chains, etc BOOTLEG DICE: "this isnt me..." -all items reroled will "break" after 3 floors -"broken" items have a 10% of becoming glitched, 5% to dissapear, and 85% to become quality 0 TESSERACT DICE: "4th dimensional" -will crash your game
