King, by far one of the best players at this game. The amount of games I lost last night playing my best killer. I just couldn't keep up with the pace, hard losing all the time when your very competitive 😂 He destroys everyone at the game. Also, it's a complete lie that tunnelling is an easy strategy to win games. It takes skill to do it, I tried last night a few times and just got the one dead many times. Unless you have the awareness and chase skill, you'll still lose. This game has been out for a long time, so people have had a lot of time to get good. Also, I've been playing this game for a while, so I'm not some new player. This is not an easy game whatsoever. Also King you're the only Dbd player who I think it entertaining and not fake. The thing with the controller kind of shows what I mean. Someone who actually treats his viewers like people than "the chat". Some of these other ones grind my gears haha. Overhyped and unauthentic. Massive respect my man 💪

Ya gotta know when to let go of the chase. My build rn on Clown is just to stop gen progression Jolt Coulrophobia Overcharge Noed (insurance) In this case, if I'm lucky I'll have 3 gens rather close to each other. Then hook the survivor on a hook that's hopefully in between the 3 gens. If survivors try to get you to chase them, leave them. Let the hooked survivor get second stage first. Injure as many as you can. Hook others, get them to second stage. Eventually you'll get back to one that's on death hook. Eventually everyone is dead.

I hope they eventually give enough of a shit to put in mechanics that discourage camping/tunneling. I mean, I get it. Sometimes by the time you get your first down, there's already 2 gens done, the game practically forces you to play like a douche otherwise you just get stomped on and teabagged at the endgame. Doesn't change that the poor person who is out of the game after being downed once didn't have fun. Game design needs adjustment.

I can admit it isn't the 'most fair' strat, but a win is a win, but at the end of the day if you gen rush the killer looks silly standing around waiting for no one hahahaha

If it's in the game than it's fair. Camping in particular isn't even worth doing in most situations unless you know people are they're waiting for the save or end game when there's not much else you can do. Tunneling is completely skill reliant on the survivor being outplayed multiple times and sometimes it's just best to leave people at certain loops from bad rng. DbD gameplay as a whole is mostly luck without the right information. Skill comes from being able to use the hand your dealt every game. ALL perks are crutches in the sense that they help you cover weaknesses rather it be gen speed, information, better team play or better chase potential. Sprint burst and dead hard for example are so popular because as a survivor you want more distance to waste the killers time. The only things I wish DbD didn't have are item add ons like brand new part (not because one is a huge issue but 2 or 3 is ridiculous) and map offerings because it takes rng and gives one side or the other a better chance of having an advantage. I also don't like hook influence offerings on either side since it makes flip flop/boil over builds way to strong with a bad map and forces nothing but slugging most of the time but that is pretty niche and doesn't pop up too often.
