Well deserved subscription man, what hell of a build! After months i finally enjoy pvp again. Went for some ironbanana rounds and its so smooth to play that i grabbed my old & dusty adept horrors least with kill clip (arc weapon too) out of my arsenal. Switching around those two weapons feels exciting again finally. Camt wait to see what builds you come up with next, keep up the work. Sorry for my bad english btw, i usually dont post under youtube videos but i was in the mood for it 😊

Something you shouldn't sleep on. Fragment that makes Light Abilities do more damage to Darkness Debuffed Enemies... Duskfield Grenades = Dark, Smoke = Light. You're still getting the area denial with Duskfields & you can make the Smokes do even more damage than they do since the FS change!

It's interesting, you can get a very similar build using Relativism with Spirit of the Foe tracer, which gives you a buff to any element type if you match your grenade/melee to your weapons. It's just a bit harder to proc as you need to hit a guardian with one of your abilities before engaging with your weapons.

Definitely not required. Can use any weapon here. As sightline covers 30-35m range you want something shorter range probably. For one hitko weapons a shotgun like imperial decree, someday would be good options. You could use a stasis weapon like unending tempest, cryosthesia if you want to take advantage of the bakris damage boost and wanted to use a shorter range primary weapon! Hope this helps

Do elemental surges on boots work at all in pvp after picking up an or? Just wondering before I replace them with insulation.

They do but you get a much lower % dmg increase in PvP than PvE. You then have to think about whether that % increase in damage is going to change the TTK or forgiveness of the gun and whether that's worth losing the abiltiy regen over - for sightline it isn't.

Is higher resil or recov better for PvP. I noticed your resil is low and recovering is high but all my armor is thy opposite. I can hit triple 100s with mobility/resil/disc but my recov is super low.

From what I know, it depends. People who play PvP a lot tend to choose Recov over Resil. They know when to engage and disengage fights & having max Recov lets them get back into the fight faster.

@@Zenin_Toji666 not even close. There’s a 10 second penalty for Bakris. 20+ seconds for the tumble dodge, and add another 15-20 for threaded. At best it’s near a minute.

@@ae9659 never noticed it tbh. I’ve always just had my dodge when I needed it. Thanks for enlightening me. Where does it say the penalty? I get dodge energy when I get grenade hits and I replenish abilities and health on orbit pickups so I never really noticed the penalty

@@Zenin_Toji666 you can see it in your video. Dodge cooldown doesn’t start until the Bakris buff goes away. And ya the orbs, abilities help. I would personality get rid of tumble dodge and Spector. The entire build relies on bakris so why not have the most uptime on it.
