For the link 4 it could bridge fiendsmith and exodia millennium. I tested this and i went 24-0 beating tenpai, azamina, yubel, glad beast, snake-eyes, fire king and mermail (going second and after being hand ripped for 3). It worked because you could link the millennium body's off for moon of the closed sky and go into your fiendsmith engine. use the link 3 fiendsmith and any monster to go into the new link 4 use the effect (maybe summon blue-eyes of the heart if you used it) use the millennium ankh and the end of the turn you get the exxod trap off of exodia and the link 4 returns. then on your opponents turn bring back the link 3 fiendsmith (either with lacrima in grave or the new link 4) use the effect to bring back desiree and equip the link 3 fs. That leaves you with a 1- board wipe of of the exxod trap, 2- spell/trap negate off of exodia, 3- quick effect pop non target new link 4, 4- omni negate off of desiree 5- possible send monster effect off of Blue-eyes heart 6- if desiree gets sent you get to send a card to the gy, 7 follow up next turn

The more I think about Lightless Shadow the more of obscene it becomes. I do think that Kristya will be the floodgate of choice, since even with it (normally) yata locking you if sent to grave, Lightless' Standby Phase mulligan means you can just send it back in the deck, while putting the idds of playable follow-up in youe favor. This also leans into hand-trap spam even more, since in any deck that's mono-type each handtrap basically multiplies that mulligan, and in multi-type decks it's even stronger for the same reason, but with the advent of more draws thank to your core deck. GOD this is gross

You can summon the link 4 'lightless shadow' using phantom skyblaster and or some of it's tokens to meet the fiend requirement. If you normal summon phantom skyblaster while you control 1 monster, you get 2 sky blaster tokens giving you 4 materials worth of monsters. You could also easily link climb into it given Knightmare phoenix and Cerberus exist.

I will be abusing that link 4 in danger dark world. Even though it discards for cost the revive is worth it. Basically a slightly worse version of Mukracker during your turn that can be summoned under Mukracker. During the opponents turn you can pop something or bring back a light or dark card like knightmare griffin after it’s outed. Issue is its dark world and you can do 10000 other things that are better in dark world.

Interesting you can make the link 4 through the fiendsmith lines, sequence make desiare, make agnumday with them, any additional body makes the link 4 then during the opponents turn you have the option of the pop or specialing the agnumday who can summon desiare and equip it. I'm just not a fan of link monsters, particularly link 4 and 3 ones. The way to summon higher link# monsters often entails inflated combos of long lengths and decks with very little wiggle room to function outside specifically getting those links out and searching as often as possible every turn for link climbing facilitating cards. So many steps to get them on the board is so tedious and time consuming and resource consuming. They make turns drag on for so damn long with so little happening in between the steps to get the primary monsters out. The fewer steps needed to end on what you want, the better imo. If people think having all those steps is just "working for it" they are delusional. It's just filler episodes to an anime to add so many steps. And you long-combo folk gotta play or sit through those same spreadsheet steps over and over and over again every duel, every time taking a long amount of time to execute...so..much...repeated tedium. When does it start to get stale and repetitive? When does it start feeling like a chore to you rather than something fun to experience? I prefer shorter more succinct and direct plays over long 10-15-20 min combos both as a duelist and spectator. Long combo decks are just so boring to watch and sit through. It simply isnt fun, its like watching paint dry on a wall it's so tedious and boring People should try to see how fun it can be to make decks that do more with less and function more as a versatile toolbox than an "engine". A toolbox that can quickly and explosively function in few actions per turn rather than requiring a ton of cards dedicated to jumping through hoops to jump through just to get a select few of its cards on the board. If a turn can end strong in as little as 5 actions or less, thats a good paced turn. The longer a turn goes from 5 actions, the more it tests my patience because by that point my brain is screaming at the other duelists "get on with it already, finish your solitaire already, this is supposed to be a 2 player game and you are taking too damn long playing with yourself"

In defense of longer combo decks. It’s quite fun to for the solitaire player to think of different end board based on matchup. Tool box can be fun but seeing the same setup can become tedious from a spectator perspective as most of them have similar setup. Decks like chaos pile or tearlaments while yes is very tiring to play against. It can be funny to look at from people isn’t playing in the duel as they can be very resilient depending on luck and skill. There is a place for both kinds of decks. There are combo decks out there that vary in end board depending on deck building choices as well as starting hand that can make the turn 2 player still have some fun in figuring out the order of operations in board breaking rather than just have the proper hand trap to stop the combo in the first place. I think the issue with modern combo decks is the tendency to look for as many negates as possible and lines that are too straight forwards which makes paying attention to end board not nearly as important as well as too much recursion for follow up play. But I wholeheartedly think a format where everyone is playing tool boxes would be very boring as well for spectators. I just think the quality of the end boards combo deck makes and consistency in both follow-up and starting hand should be toned down.

What is even the point of having an opponent or having a concept of challenging someone else to a duel if all you wanna do is play cards with yourself and avoid interacting at all with an opponent outside ubiquitous boring hand traps? It is disrespectful imo to subject other duelists to a state where they are forced to spend more time spectating and waiting for the other player to stop masterbating with combos that go on unessicairly forever than they do playing cards. The temporal time monopolization is just unacceptably boring to sit through. It's not about the end board. It's about how you got to it and how many minutes and seconds passed to get to that board; how many steps it takes to get to that board. Less is better, always. A truely good decent deck can function in as few actions per turn as possible without all that extra step filled inefficient card slot wasting fluff AND doesn't have to rely on quick floodgates or negates or ubiquitous hand traps to do so. Long combos slow the experience of a duel to a crawl. it's too damn slow. It's a slog. It's just stun with extra steps. I simply lack the patience to sit through long combo even if I have a hand that can play through the end board. In MD, if the first card I see my opponent play is the opener for literally ANY long combo deck (tear, flower cardian, salamangreat, hero, most synchro decks, most link decks, all ftk decks ((Ftks shouldn't exist in any card game. period )) snake eye, branded, etc.) Or if my opponent plays their turn so long that I can go make a sandwich, eat it, use bathroom, and return to them still doing combo; I scoop because fuck em. I duel to actually have a back and forth two player experience. Not to be an unwilling spectator to someone playing only with themselves, often ending on the most non-interactive "everything says no, draw the out" boards imaginable. It's all so samey too, how the long combos play out. They functionally all do the same things, spam searches and summons until a specific monster group is out and the end pieces all functionally do the same thing: prevent the other player from playing unless they have a kaiju or something in hand to bypass all the negates.....why not set all that stuff up in fewer moves? Why do yall have to insist on dragging out the length if single turns as long as you can, huh? Why waste so much damn time on these tedius things when it all could be accomplished in fewer actions per turn, same or better payoff but with fewer steps? If you say it isn't possible, then you obviously haven't tried hard enough or even considered the possibility that all these powerful combos and their functional end states can be consolidated losslessly into fewer actions. Time is precious and shouldn't be wasted. If a game is supposed to be a two player interactive game, then I will treat it as such and refuse to deviate from this mindset. Im not having fun unless turns are passing at a decent pace and both players are doing a goldilocks zone level of actions per turn

I’m confused. Farfa said “she can ruin my life”, chat called her a waifu, but one commenter calls it a loli, and he loses his mind. Isn’t that like what she is? She’s clearly a child. People calling her a waifu is more disturbing imo
