Cards are balanced against the princess tower. If a card needs a nerf or a buff, it should not be based on Dagger Duchess or any other new tower troop because then it will be broken against the original princess tower once changed. Most players have a different meta than top/paying players. If meta for top players doesn't allow for goblin barrel, then don't play it. Changing cards to benefit Dagger Duchess isn't the way.

What do you mean by "new"? This version has always existed, even without the evolutions. If you included something different like cannon cart (needs buff) or recruits or poison, then you could use the word "new".
