This is a decently known tech in my experience, and has been in the game for a long while now. What you’re seeing actually is a much larger issue outside of base stain, and this is able to be done with mastered stains katana and daggers, and base deku’s manchester. At the moment though I don’t necessarily believe it needs removed as all three characters mentioned need this tech to be able to compete in the current meta.

I don't agree to stain normal/mastery and also normal deku needing this tech to compete in the current meta, all 3 characters have combos on their own that can deal possibly up to 50-70% hp without an evasive, even with an evasive they can still do a good chunk of dmg.

Hey if you want more obscure stains techs I gotchu: arguably the best way to use whirlwind pierce (or whatever that stun move is called) is by hitting a downslam, then an Arial m1 (also forgot its name) and when it hits you immediately use the move, they get up quicker and just in time for the move to hit, only down side is that you need to waste their evasive
