Just finished watching the video, great stuff, I'm glad you like the game! I've already fixed a few of the bugs you ran across like taking damage going through portals. I'll dig into that weird journal scrambling you had at the end to see how that happened. :) I'll still actively be working on the game for quite some time now. Have fun!

Glad you liked the video! And as a someone who plays these sorts of games for a living, I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this game. The lore, world layout, graphics, and music are immaculate. And the best part: I didn't get a copyright strike for keeping the in game music in the video! The only thing that felt awkward to me a bit was the intro. I loved the part that went with the music that jumped me around a bit, but just before that there was a section that was untimed and just let me wander for a bit. It was pretty basic (how to crouch and shoot the bow) and it was very jarring when it went from that straight into the very fast paced 2nd intro. Imo, the 2nd intro (the music jump one) was perfect alone. I will absolutely be playing this again and cannot wait to see what else you have in store for the game!

I kind of agree that the intro was fine without that pre-tutorial part, but some people were having trouble with just some of the basic mechanics and after I added that I've had a lot fewer people say that. If it was up to me, it would just be the 2nd part haha. Hope you have fun with the rest of it and I'll be adding lots of cool stuff over time!

Perhaps it's more fun to play than watch. I found the other Bigfoot game (can't recall the name but it's the one everyone plays) much more realistic and detailed, and I thought this one pretty lame by comparison. Don't get me wrong; I do appreciate your videos, but in my opinion, many of the others, including Witch Hunt, Wendigo, Skinwalker, etc. are considerably better in all respects, but particularly in terms of details of setting, monsters, and animation. Honest opinion. Thanks for playing anyway, and do keep going.
