Smart Guy is actually a character from JOJO's. He is from part 4 Diamond is Unbreakable. His name is Okuyasu Nijimura and he actually is PRETTY DUMB. He is a stand user and his stand is called the hand. His stand is a close range stand with a range of approximately 2 meters. It's ability is erasure. Making able to erase anything out of existence by just a single swipe. Okuyasu himself doesn't know what his stands limits are. If he was smart he could just erase Kira Yoshikage (part 4 main villain) and pretty much every villain in the jojo's franchise. In short, cool jojos character haha
