Dude, Hilarious! When I saw those out of focus shots in Madhatter's review, I was hoping you'd do some take on it. Great stuff. I've been following you for a few months now and even though I've seen him here and there, I only recently subscribed to Hatter... I really enjoy the back and forth. I sent a buddy of mine the "Price IS Right" episode and he said it was a lot of fun. He watches Madhatter but hadn't heard of you before. He told me he subscribed on the strength of that video. I appreciated how tiny Mirage Splinter looked up at the taller Spirit of Splinter. The current word is that this latest wave of Neca TMNT is NOT a part of the Target Geek Out promotion. I wonder if it will be easier or harder to buy these witout Geek Out. While I don't love Geek Out / Haulathon early morning disappointments, as an online experience it is in some ways preferable to have one day where you either get some figure(s) or you don't. But now I wonder if the hunt will drag out given that Neca distribution is widely accepted to be terrible and their line runs are small compared to bigger toy companies. I have a feeling that this is a perfect storm for a lot of this wave to be sitting in the closets and garages of the Flipper Franks of the world

Honestly, Toon Splinter & Baxter Pack I've seen going for like 50ish bucks which isn't much more than what you have to spend to get that Mirage Splinter. I got mine for like 55 I think at a local comic shop. Sure you get baxter but there is actually a LOT of accessories in that pack including a soft goods Dojo floor mat. I think that pack is worth it if you want him for your accessory pack baby turtles. Its literally the only toon stuff I have lol

Neca is on point with their figures, it’s just a shame they can’t figure out how to actually get the figures on shelves.

They are on shelves, but “when” a store puts them out is the big problem. No two Targets are treating this the same. These have come in on regular shipments instead of needing the 3rd party vendor. Some stores say the street date is next weekend and others don’t care. Who really knows? NECA just needs to have an online store like all these other sellers

They just need to figure out how to distribute a reasonable amount of their products that they know are going to be popular. The most I've ever seen of any single TMNT product is 4 and that's going back to the original 2-pack releases years ago. If they upped that to 8 or even 6, it would help. That seems like just enough to deter scalpers and employees from clearing the shelves and but not so many that stores will be stuck with excess stock.
